Pure Home provides free shipping on all orders (big and small!) to any street address in the continental United States. We ship orders via UPS, In Home Delivery, FedEx, and United States Postal Service.
Your order will be processed immediately and shipped directly from the brand or retailer to your doorstep. Orders with items from multiple brands and/or retailers may arrive in multiple shipments.
Shipping times vary by product and manufacturer. Many of the products sold on Pure Home come from artisans who skillfully custom-make their products. These items may require longer shipping times. You can find an estimated shipping time for many of our products underneath the description. You will receive a confirmation email when your item(s) have shipped.
Furniture & Large Items
Furniture and other large items will arrive via a local in-home delivery service. 1-2 days before delivery, you will receive a call with a 2-3 hour delivery time frame. Time frames are routed geographically and cannot be changed. Deliveries must be changed or cancelled 3 days before your scheduled delivery date to avoid a $35 rescheduling fee. You must be 18 years or older to accept deliveries.
We make every effort to maintain the most up-to-date information on product inventory. We will notify you as soon as we can in the event that an item you have ordered is out of stock or on backorder.
Pure Home is required by law to collect sales tax on all items shipped to addresses within the state of Washington.
